These are the real deal made for the PUR pitcher.
The price on these are at least 3 to 4 dollars less than what I pay at the local hardware store. I tried buying on off brand made in China. Big mistake. These are great. The water is nice and sweet. I have not done any independent testing to see if they really remove as much lead as box says it does, however, the water tastes as good as any purified water you can buy. I will never buy anything but the originals again.

Buy these and not off-brands
These are factory filters. Works very well and not cheap as off label and that's why they do the job

Too slow!!
I prefer the original ones, not the plus type. We are two people at home, the original ones last about 21/2 months. This one slowed down almost completely after two weeks. This happened also months ago when I first tried the plus style so will not buy these again— going back to original if available.
