I suffer from horrendous back spasms on occasion. When that pain hits it is excruciating. Since I'm not a fan of running to the medicine cabinet for muscle relaxers every time I feel discomfort, I try to seek other methods of relief. This heating pad fits the bill. Because I'm 6'4", I like the length of this pad, it provides heat to my entire back so the spasm has nowhere to run. It usually takes a few sessions with the pad to provide the pain relief I desire, but it does come through for me. The strap that comes with the pad ensures you maintain constant contact with the pad. This pad does get hot! I would recommend using a towel as a buffer when using the higher settings.

This heating pad is great !!! Lived up to my expectations.

I love the weight and that this covers my shoulders and back so well. I wish it had more heat settings and a timer.

If I could give it 10 stars , I would give it 20 ! I absolutely love this product ! I have been recommending it to all my friends and family , just for relaxation after work or stress relief. This is worth its weight in gold. When I put it on, I smile and I just enjoy it. Try it I promise you will love it ! This is the best investment for back and neck pain ! You can toss your old heating pad and you will never look back ! I always had hotspots even on the lowest setting with my old heating pad. I would have to put another layer to protect my skin, with this wonderful product I have it on the next highest setting and I feel like I’m just getting a big warm hug! Love it love it love it love it!

Got for Mother’s Day and was so excited as I have Arachnoiditis a 24/7 painful neuro condition caused lumbar/sacral pain—I live on my heating pads and wanted one w infrared so I was beyond excited to try. Issues right of the bat was its short as in doesn’t reach my lower back/upper butt area thus wouldn’t keep bc not on my main pain areas-I am 5’4 145lbs so this is not made for LS clearly. I have similar one as in the shoulder wrap but this one chokes—again I am small frame thus my shoulders not broad/bulky—feel designed for a 4’8 person at 90lbs to be honest…the power cord coming off the back mat attached to a hard 4” box thus roll on that-not cool! The setting have high, med, low, warm and on HIGH it’s not even getting to but 100 degrees—my hot tub is set on 104 and is way hotter so idk might not even be but 90 degrees. I used for one week to see if somehow the infrared seems to penetrate deeper and that’s why the heat was lower but I ended up going back to my $30 heat pad that gets double the heat and is longer thus covers my problem areas. Ease of use was not good either bc the magnet at your throat pops off if u lay down and the wrap it came with for waist is separate from the pad so it’s useless had no loops to hold it on. The weight felt appropriate perhaps. For $65 I don’t feel like it’s worth more then my $30 one I have had for years and it’s failing yet still works better then this one, so the value for the money I would say is NOT worth it. Also note the infrared is NOT graded so how does one know if your getting any therapy with it and it has no settings to adjust the intensity of the infrared. IMO it’s a heating pad and idk if mine was broke bc it has great reviews—says gets to 160 degrees on high and I have on HIGH and it’s mildly warm then my skin—I even tried low to see if controls placed backwards. Bc the heat don’t work I give it a 0 bc that’s its main job, the infrared is truly unknown we are trusting it’s there, the design is also 1 bc it’s short, has no belt built in to keep secure and the one magnet at neck chokes you then will undo bc it’s weighed and pulls down. For the price go will a full body massage heating pad or something else. Blessings

Works as directed. Can move to area atop orm and shoulder. Be aware that neck parts are held by magnets.

I initially loved this product; however, I have had it 14-months and it just stopped working. I guess I will go back to my old tried and true heating pad that I have had for 20+ years; never has given me a moments problem. This one, while it did the job when it worked but if you order you should probably think about getting the extended warranty.
