Its good for problems related to pain caused by any falling or hitting something but its not so good for prolonged problems of paining. It can give you relief for the short period of time. Giving this review after almost finishing 1 bottle and applying it daily once or twice for back problem. It gives you temporary relief but doesn't solve the problem of paining permanently.

Packaging quality is good . And this oil is very effective.
