Smells amazing
I was thrilled to find this on Amazon and on sale during prime days. I first tried this shampoo at an Airbnb a couple years back. It smells fantastic like clean simple fall. Not over powering at all. It also made my hair feel great.

Great shampoo and conditioner! Excellent for my psoriasis. Doesn't burn are has a strong scent. Soft and does not make your hair greesy. I have bought from this seller before and will continue to buy from them. Highly recommended! Thanks

yet again you have to read specs because this was very small. I was sending it to my mom's facility where she has caretakers so this was disappointing

We use this brand in our Airbnb. Looks great but great price without all the chemicals.

Terrible refill packaging - bursted on arrival
The shampoo itself is good -- lathers almost a bit more than I need it to, and smells OK / unisex fragrance. But the seams on the refill sack are terrible, and I purchase refill bags for dish soap, hand soap, etc. all the time. You can see in the photo that the refill came in an additional plastic ziplock bag, presumably because Amazon facilities already know the packaging will burst. But the extra plastic bag ALSO had small hole and it was a mess to clean up. Of course, my only option to return it requires me somehow mailing this leaking sack of slippery shampoo back to Amazon.
