Please first check your device setting , if the remote control is on , we won't connect with Alexa, we need to connect to wifi , then we can connect to Alexa .

If the power supply is upgraded to run 4 strips, can they all split after the RGB controller to sync the color and conrol?

hello , we are unable to connect them together , you can buy a 1-4 Splitter to splitt them . 
And for a wifi controller , we can connect max two 32.8ft strips .

My lights will not turn on at all after I plugged in everything, wondering why they aren’t working?

hello , in this case , please do the following test , and contact our customer support Chris, ( marrynexlux@outlook.com ) 
1 WE need to connect them in a correct direction , the red arrow of the wifi controller must be aligned with the "+" side of the light strip
2 WE need to take off the plastic film when you are using the IR remote , and you can install the APP to have a test .
3 We can try to reset the wifi controller by 4px power cycle . 
4 We can connect the strip directly with the power adapter without using the wifi controller . ( one of the 4 pin connector directly into the deep side of the power adapter , liek this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqNUeyBJ1uk)
