Mine came with the collar
After panic mode from ordering and reading reviews about no collar (also discrepancy between photo and product description), mine did in fact come with the collar.Material is super soft, good quality.Would love if the ears weren't glued shut so you could readjust but this set is perfect for a dalmatians costume.

Had to order twice
The first package was missing the red collar. Second package had not been opened and was complete. I am dressing as a Dalmatian for Halloween. The ears, tail and collar complete the costume perfectly!
