I love this product! I'm post menopausal and my hair has gotten so thin, I can actually see my scalp. It had no shine or bounce to it before I started using this product. I've been using these vitamins for 4 months and am definitely seeing a difference in my nails (which were brittle) AND my hair -- which has gotten a bit thicker after thinning these past couple of years. I have this product on an Amazon auto-renewal subscription so I don't run out. In my opinion, this high quality vitamin that delivers results.
