It still remains to be seen if this will help with my newly greying hair, because I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. What I do notice already is that my nails are growing in quickly and stronger! This is well packaged, with clear instructions for use. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach at all, so if it works as well for my hair as it has for my nails, it’s definitely product I’ll add to my anti aging protocol! I dyed my hair then starting taking these. A month later I actually feel like I have more gray hair. Mom always said if it sounds too good to be true it probably is 😭

For me this is working. I'm on my 3rd bottle, so I guess that means I'm in month 3, and I first noticed the difference in my eyebrows. I'd been starting to gray in them and now my eyebrows show no signs of gray. My hairline still gets grays, but I'm pretty sure less than before. I use a color rinse conditioner (not a dye since there is no developer to open cuticle) along my hair line and normally I need it every 3 weeks. I'm now at 5 weeks and could have skipped it, but decided to go ahead and do it. Even the effects of the color rinse are taking more, which indicates even the grays aren't as fully stripped of their natural color. I'm curious to see what it's like at the 6 month mark and how long the results can continue for. Apparently I had some sort of nutrient deficiency, but aging is still a part of life. I'm almost 60.
