Al principio una maravilla súper feliz….. hace como 1 mes esta presentando problemas y me siento completamente desorientada porque no sé a dónde acudir un artículo q considero caro y se rompe uno tienes donde ir o como hacer para solucionarlo

I have the Omni T20 and liked it so much I moved it to the basement amd bought the Omni x2. Right off the bat the mopping feature did not work properly and after talking to ecovac tech support I had to take the sink out and "clean" the area. It does "mop" after doing that. Now I notice that no matter what settings I use in their app the for auto empty the vacuum, auto wash the mop heads, or set the mop heads to wash after 10 minutes it does not do it. I have used the x2 for a couple of months and when I mopped the floor manually I was disappointed how dirty the mop water was since the T20 was never as dirty as the x2. Now I choose1 room at a time or I manually send it to the station so it will wash the mop pads. The auto empty for the vaccuum is hit and miss. The vacuuming is not as good as the T20 because the x2 has only one brush instead of 2 so it has a higher rate of moving stuff out of its way and not towards the vaccuum and the auto empty being undependable.

No matter what will you do, any student can hack access to this device and spy on you via camera or control the movements.
