Great authentic tasting German style bread!

Tasted very much "like home". Shipped well. Does nit fall apart during shipping like so many others

This bread is as if it came straight from a German bakery. Very good, even though expensive.For these 4- half loafs you pay about 7.50 Euros (about 8 U.S. dollars) in any German bakery, I know because I visit there occasionally. German rye bread is the best.

Childhood in Europe with many different breads at home so this Farmers rye was perfect for me! Great for liverwurst,had BLT last night,and with morning coffee butter and jam or PBJ! Can't wait for Thanksgiving turkey leftovers! Good stuff

I ordered this rye bread because there isn't any decent rye available in my community. For over $7 a loaf, I'm disappointed. The smell, flavor and texture are decent but not fantastic. For the price I would expect better and I won't order this brand again.I like that the dough is risen with sourdough starter, I just wish there was more flavor to this bread.

This German Farmer's Bread is phenomenal and tastes wonderful; if you are familiar with European breads. I have ordered this product 3 times since learning of the Gourmet Market.

I was so looking forward to this bread, because good tasting German bread is hard to find.This bread has no, or very little taste to it. All I taste is farina.I am wondering what I am going to do with it, I am definitely not going to eat it.I am so disappointed !
