This have been an absolute game changer for me! I was struggling for almost an entire year with pain in my elbow area. My husband has tried quit a few of his supplements with excellent results and this is no exception! My husband works out quit a bit and is a contractor. He puts a lot of demands on his body. On 2nd bottle. Works pretty good. Knee pain definitely less. Maybe just not as good as they claim.
