OLIXIS Modern Lift Top Coffee Table Wooden Furniture with Storage Shelf and Hidden Compartment for Living Room Office

So OLIXIS Modern Lift Top Coffee Table does deserve 5 starts for its instructions, careful packing and functional good looking inexpensive furniture.When I picked up the package it was heavy. Perhaps a two person lift. Opening up the box I found sheets of white foam that crumble easily and flew all over my livingroom. However it was packaged really well, no scratches or missing parts. And the foam vaccumed easily.Taking out everything from the box to inventory and make sure everything was there, I looked for the indentfying letter on each board; it seem missing. Finally found them on the very edge of each board.Assembly was lots and lots of screws and such... nothing too hard. But if you think you will assemble it without the instructions, you will not. However, it was the best instructions I have received to assemble furniture. A Large booklet with easy to read print and simple instructions. It is work and you should have patience especially if you have not put something together before. Follow the instructions page by page or else!I was not thrilled about particle board furniture. Hoever for the price it is a fantastic buy. After assembly it did look great, stable, sturdy and functional.Fully assemble it works perfectly and looks perfect. Very sturdy for my needs. I took careful mesurements on the size so I knew how it would look after assembly. It is amazing from the feedback some had no idea what they would receive.

Love using this coffee table in the living room. This is very sturdy and a great value for my money. Pretty resistant to scratches and stains, I can easily wipe it down to clean and it fits in great with my style. Only thing is sometimes the table will get stuck when I put it down and I have to push it a little, likely just need to adjust some of the screws so keep that in mind when you put it together.

I can't say enough good things about this coffee table. I have been shopping around tik tok, Walmart, and ultimately amazon my go to place for everything! I love the color, it was so super easy to put together and I didn't even use an electric drill either. I popped on a movie on Netflix, had an energy drink and went to town! The only con is all the dang syrophom it was everywhere. It is so sturdy holds up to 200 lbs. What really got me wanting this coffee table was the pull up top for food laptop the switch resting your elbows whatever you want. I would buy this again and even for family members and friends. Be aware it is NOT real wood but that didn't bother me. Easy to wipe off and keep clean. Just make sure to use coasters for drinks that drip or whatever because I could see this warping. Over all gotta buy this and don't buy from tik tok lol it's way faster shipping on Amazon and got here really really fast.

The coffe table is magnificent. It is very well built. They did an amazing job in producing all the parts, which were all high quality, perfectly sized and finished. It was a chore to put together, there were about 100 screws, pegs and fasteners. But the instructions were fairly clear and everything fit nicely. And the pop up desk platform lifts easily into a firm surface. And just as easily lowers back into place. The coffee table is very attractive and pleasing to look at. It is fairly heavy and doesn't slide along the carpet easily. I bought some smooth plastic sliders to attach to the legs and now I can easily slide it. I am very pleased with it. And it was under $60, much less expensive than similar ones.

The good news is that this coffee table comes out better than I expected. It's very attractive with the brown wood finish. The design is very clever with a sliding up-tray for laptop or dining alone while watching Stanley Kubrick.The bad news is this thing took me 4.5 hours to assemble. The directions were not completely idiot-proof as I succeeded in mounting 3 panels upside down. I was able to recover and correct just before going into no return. If the pegs don't go in, that is your signal that you have installed a panel upside down. Learn from my experience.The worst part of the assembly is that there are 30 small phillips head screws that need to be drilled into the wood. Accordingly, you will save a lot of time -- and your hands -- if you have an electric screwdriver handy for this (as opposed to laboriously hand screwing all 30 one by one).Can you beat the price? No. Is your time worth half a day to assemble? I report, you decide.
