After some research and trial with it, 2 scoops is the best for a full workout. Taste is fine, though very very sour (more than your normal "lemon-lime" drink). Also left my very dehydrated and found myself constantly drinking water. I can lift noticeably heavier with more push while taking this creatine, almost to the point of lifting more than my body can really handle. It completely dissolves and has an extremely acidic taste.

So gross. It's technically "unflavored", so I'm assuming it's the intense acidity that makes it so sour. I could not use it, I had to return it. I've had the flavored version - I can't remember the flavor but I think it's apple or something, and I thought that was sour until I tasted this one. I figured, maybe the unflavored won't be as acidic because there will be fewer ingredients, etc. Nope.

Great taste and can definitely feel a significant difference switching from mono hydrate as far as how quickly it enters the bloodstream. Also, an unbeatable value.
