Theses tablets offer a nice combination of ingredients, the main two being Maca Root and Ashwaghanda. , so good for both energy levels & supporting the immune system. The tablets are gluten & dairy. The tablets are in gel capsule form, are odour free & easy to swallow. The recommendation is to take 2 capsules daily so this pot will give you a 2 month supply. I think the price is a little high but as with any supplement only time will tell how effective they are long term

Waste of money no result

There’s some powerful stuff in these, an excellent blend of macca root, ashwagandha, ginseng root and other great natural ingredients with health benefits.I ordered these mainly for the ashwagandha as the ones I’ve been taking are to high a dose plus these have are an amazing blend.I much prefer soft gels as they are much more pleasant to swallow than capsules.The price seems a bit steep at first but considering this is a two months supply it works out at approximately £2.75 a week.That’s no money for something which gives me a noticeable boost in energy, feeling more relaxed and less anxious and a greater sense of well being in general.Worth every penny.

This is a change, these are gel capsules and not the usual powder type ones.I went for these since they are more than just Maca Root, so if you only want Maca Root maybe not these.I like that there is ginseng, black pepper and ashwaghanda in the mix, makes me feel like I am getting a whole lot of things covered in one go.The gel capsule went down fine, and I have not had any adverse reactions.So assuming the capsule is doing what it should I have quite happy with it and will add it into the weekly mix

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your maca needs.
