Is the case MagSafe compatible?

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your question.

We have added the technology to our Leather Wallet Case (with Stand Function) for the iPhone 15 series of products however, we have not included this information in the product details at this moment in time. Until we physically have a device, we are unable to test this functionality. As a loyal TORRO customer we felt it was important to share this information with you.

At TORRO we pride ourselves on the both the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers. Therefore, we did not wish to advise of the new addition until we could test it, as the last thing we would wish to do was disappoint our customers.

As soon as we receive an iPhone 15 we will test this function and amend the product information accordingly. We are aware this is a function many of our customers have been hoping we would add to want to make sure it is 100%.

Does it awake iphone when opening and closing the cover?

Thanks for your question. Since the introduction of the iPhone 12 series, Apple have not included the sensor for wake/sleep functionality in any iPhone. This has continued on to the iPhone 15 series therefore unfortunately it is no longer possible for any case to facilitate this feature.

Can you talk on the phone with the case closed?  I see no slot for the ear so you can hear your phone call.

I have not received my new phone yet, but you’re right, it doesn’t have a speaker slot like my old leather case. So, I would say no. But, I never talked on my old iPhone with the cover closed. I always wanted to see who was calling and then put them on the audio speaker, which is much healthier than holding it up to your ear. Also not closed for video calls. Only closed when connected via bluetooth in the car whereby you can talk and listen on your car’s speaker system. I prefer the feel and protection of leather.

Is the phone in a separate case that attaches to the wallet case by magnet?

Thank you for your question.

This case does not have a detachable element. The case has a inner GEO-AS-3™  frame which your device fits into - this is attached to the leather case. It is all one unit. There is not a detachable outer case.
