Nice quality

I ordered these dozen 12 oz woozy bottles because I needed them quick. They arrived next day, and they are the classic sauce 12 oz bottle with caps. Same as my other 12 oz bottles bought from other outlets. Normally I would have ordered from a bottle retailer because this same set would have been about $7 with neck restricter and shrink wrap included. But, these came fast, are nice and clean, already put them through the wash and are boiling them now. Sauce is coming up to a simmer, and will start hot filling these bottles soon. These are the wide mouth style bottle with the long straight neck NOT the sloping neck that only has about 1/2" opening. These bottles have a full 5/8" opening, so most funnels will fit in the neck. Came in the standard corrugated cardboard box with dividers. Thats good, because I like to pack the filled bottles in the same box for transport and resale. Was surprised to see the caps were just tossed in the box rather than being screwed on each bottle. Sloppy. But all in all, these are quality bottles with caps. Can't really find any major fault, so if you need these, go ahead and order. You wont be disappointed.

These bottles arrived exactly as advertised, with no defects or shipping damage, and they did so faster than amazon originally projected. It is important to remember that these are bulk glass bottles, not high-end bottles designed to be beautiful. The glass is sturdy and as a result isn't anything close to optical quality. If you are looking for art objects in their own right to show off the liquid inside to great effect, due to visual distortions in the glass this probably isn't for you. But I would assume that you already know that and are looking at other options. I use them to bottle homemade limoncello and damson gin for gifts, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are inexpensive and dependable, with bottles and caps up to the challenge of many reuses, and additional caps can be purchased if any get lost. I read reviews that talked about broken bottles or caps that didn't fit tightly, but that was definitely not my experience. I will definitely be ordering again.

Flawless one day delivery, double boxed for safety. I bought these over other bottles because of the long neck and smaller diameter top. They’re perfect for saving half a bottle of red wine. Drink one half and save the rest with no fear of spoilage. Can be stored like that for a year or more if so desired. Best to leave enough wine in the bottle to fill to the top, or fill first before pouring from the actual wine bottle. Use a little plastic funnel if desired to prevent spillage. When it comes time to twist off the cap and pour from the 12 ounce bottle, it’s a lot easier with a narrow neck that approximates the next of a wine bottle. The caps are sturdy and fit tight.

I make southern pepper sauce and these bottles are perfect. The hole is large enough to insert most peppers whole. They also do very well with pouring the hot brine into the bottles without cracking. These are the only ones I use.

The 12 glass bottles were delivered in good condition along with the 12 + 3 extra screw top lids. The bottles worked great for homemade coffee liquor. I tested each bottle and they were indeed leak proof and as they are glass they do not absorb any smells or taste as plastic can do. We decorated the bottles simply and tastefully and that was out Christmas gifts (with free refills) i will buy these again for sure! I think they were 12 oz which is perfect as a simple gift.
