I got the 10mm version and it fits my man ear lobes or upper cartilage just fine. If its tight while sliding it on, you can stretch with a pen to keep the shape even.I wore it for a few hours comfortably and its a nice subtle style item.

the plugs are good, and thay looking good but the price is a bit expensive
