When going out of town I have to leave my yoga mat behind if I'm taking the train or flying. In thinking it over, I realized I could get by with a mat that only cushions my hands. This small mat is perfect for this. I can do push ups and other hand exercises in comfort. And it fits easily into my suitcase. Win win.

Good quality. Came right away. Just wish it was a bit thicker. Need to double it when I use it to protect my knees and tail bone.

I originally bought the 1 inch pad but it was too thick for me. I found it hard to balance on my knee in yoga because it was too thick. This .6 inch pad is absolutely perfect. It fits easily in my yoga bag and it is the perfect thickness. Takes so much stress and discomfort off my knees during yoga. Very happy with the quality
