These seem to be very well made, and were well packaged.I used one on an overhead light in the garage to power and overhead LED shop light.A second one I used in the light socket on my garage door opener to run a second reflector clip light I put to better light the walkway along side of the car. Does the job.

I purchased these to adapt my two standard light fixtures in the garage to a regular outlet, allowing me to use long LED lights from Harbor Freight. If you’re frustrated by how dark your garage is, I highly recommend these. There’s only so much light you can get from a single or double light fixture in a 2-car garage. No complaints with these items. They showed up on time and seem to work just fine

Great solution to give me an outdoor electrical outlet. Only small drawback is that I have to turn the porch light on to get power thru this outlet. I think they also make some with pull chains, so perhaps that would give outdoor power without running the porch light 24/7. But eh - that's a small flaw. They work great and I am happy to get a solution at a really good price.

There is no light dimming if anything is connected to the plug.

These things are great for the holidays no more electric cords all over the place... attach your electric extension cords first then screw in the adapter if you have a narrower light housing otherwise it will be difficult to plug in your male housing.
