Nature’s Bounty Iron 65mg, 325mg Ferrous Sulfate, 100 Tablets

It works, my iron levels are up. The pills are tiny, so easy to take.

Keeping my iron levels up has been a struggle, and my period certainly doesn’t help. Every month, it feels like my body makes another withdrawal from an account that’s already running low. I thought eating more iron-enriched foods would be enough, but I wasn’t noticing the improvement I’d hoped for. That sent me down a research rabbit hole about different forms of iron and how absorption works, and I decided it was time to try a different approach. I gave Nature’s Bounty Iron 65 mg a try, and the difference in how I feel has been amazing. I’m really glad I looked into other options instead of continuing to assume my food choices alone were covering what I needed. This has worked well for me, and I’m very happy with the supplement itself. My only complaint is the amount of empty space in the bottle. There are 100 tablets in there, but they apparently needed room to host a dance class. A smaller bottle seems like it would make much more sense, take up less room in my cabinet, and hopefully use less plastic. I’d love to see a little less packaging waste to go along with a product I’m otherwise very pleased with. The tablets are doing their job; the extra air doesn’t need its own accommodations.

I am very anemic so these are a must for me. Helps with the thinning of my hair as well. Has an iron taste so I take it with orange juice or any vitamin c juice. I need vitamin c for the iron to absorb either way so it’s good.

Well I’m not falling over from being anemic anymore so I’d say it works. Definitely take with food and water because it tastes like a penny, but for a couple bucks it’s a quality low cost option to add to your health routine.

I purchased this iron since I’ve been feeling very tired and being one year post partum I think my blood levels are low. I find this iron to be not as hard on my stomach and constipation hasn’t been that bad. The only reason I give it 4 stars it’s because the taste it’s a little bad I wouldn’t think a pull could taste bad but it tastes like if you put a coin in your mouth but I found that if I stick it to the back of my mouth and swallowed it fast it’s not as bad.

These are very good pills, easy to take and do the job!

Appear to be working (??). I won't know until my next blood test to see how effective it is. It does taste like Iron when taken. I take it with some type of flavored drink and its fine.

I’ve always struggled with being anemic for years until I realized what was causing it, and it was because my iron was low. I even had to do iron infusions, but that didn’t work well with my body so I stopped doing them. I was looking for a simple supplement to take every day to get my iron levels up to normal. All the other iron supplements I seen online were expensive and I couldn’t afford to buy them. Then I came across the natures bounty iron supplement and I seen it was like $4. I bought it and have been taking it everyday for about a month, had my blood work done and my levels were within normal range. So for the price of this you can’t beat it! Just take it with a meal so it doesn’t make you sick, other wise I recommend this to anyone with low iron or low energy. It works!

I’m very confused as to how this bottle is fully packed but has less tablets in it

Anemia symptoms are gone with normal dose.
