I tried it because it was such a good price and it shipped faster than my usual brand when I needed it.I think it worked well and I would buy it again.It seemed to do the job and I felt it worked for my immune support needs, I think it helped me have more energy and I didn’t have any problems with side effects when taken with food.The pills are large but easy to swallow.The ingredients look to be good quality and no added fillers or unnecessary ingredients listed.The ingredients are actually really smart, since liposomal vitamin C is fat soluble and you need dietary fat to help it absorb, so I assume, that the medium chain triglycerides and sunflower lecithin are added for absorption.I’m not sure the color in the capsule is necessary though, and I would prefer one without added color, even though I don’t see any color as an ingredient on the label, so not sure how that color is achieved.

It's also great for collagen production, which helps skin and joint health, as well as anti-aging effects.On the nutrition facts, the recommended dose is two capsules. However, I think one per day works great too! It's easy to swallow and easy on the stomach, and I appreciate that it is soy-free for those with soy sensitivities. Effective Vitamin C for a great price.Absorption seems much better than others- I took 1 every few hours while I was sick and no bright yellow urine.It is gentle on my stomach and pairs well with my daily collagen.I will keep using this one!

I tend to bruise easy and this helps! If I bump into something or scratch an itch too hard, big big bruises. Read somewhere this would help and it was true! I take it 4-5 times a week and no longer bruise. Don’t know how it works, but I am thankful.
