Works great if you know how to use it
I've made perfect toasties with this, even using larger size bread slices. Key things are: -cut off the edges if using larger slices -add butter/oil to the outside of the sandwich. It's non-stick but this greatly aids crisping -go low and slow with the heat! That's key to not burning the toastie
