The media could not be loaded. I am not one to ever write a complaint about an item or demand a refund but I am furious at this product.Initially, upon opening the product I was very happy. The item is comfortable, adjustable, and the three different light settings are phenomenal. Last night, I took it out for a long night walk, with some of the walk being down dark, wooded, rural roads where, in parts, cars can go the national speed limit. Again, initially, I was very happy with the visibility this product.Then, for whatever reason, one set of the lights started flashing random patterns and then would cut out completely and eventually that set of lights would just stop working. It is one thing to buy a product online and have it not work, but to buy a product online that you are using to help keep you alive and intact and for it to fail on your first outing whilst in an area with no light is another thing completely. To say I am furious is putting it mildly.To add salt to the wound, the instructions from Amazon made it sound like getting a refund would be extremely simple, however my local post office will not take this item due to it having a lithium battery, so now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get my money back whilst also now having to spend more money to get another device like this.I feel like I cannot give this anything other than the one-star as it didn’t even work for more than two-hours and left me in a hazardous position. I know it’s cliched, but if I could leave a review of zero-stars I would.For your own safety, DO NOT buy this product.

The LEDS increase visibility dramatically and I feel I need to make whooping noises.

The light is good, but charge doesn’t last long, and the design to access the usb to recharge is dreadful, not user friendly at all, wouldn’t buy again for that

Great for dog walking at night. A great pouch for my phone. I have a samsung 21 - it fits a little tight but works. Very reflective yo keep me and the dogs safe. I don't really need the latch at the bottom but it would work for keys or a dog bag holder.
