Minimal. Effective. Perfect.
While searching for a light up runners vest I kept seeing two predominant designs, the Tracer360 (and it's clones), and the colored fabric suspender + belt vests. At first I opted for the more expensive Tracer360 with it's thinner lines, but ultimately returned it—the color options are overly exuberant for my taste and the white battery pod in the back is too big and bright. It felt a little too lame to wear. I didn't want to be a shining rave beacon, I just want to be seen in the dark. After returning it, I found the Coast LH150—it was exactly what I was looking for. Very minimal, extremely light weight, subdued color options, and usb-c recharging. There's no thick fabric straps, no huge battery pod, and the fit / tightening design is much better than the Tracer360.Another review mentioned difficulty in reaching the power and function button, but I didn't find that to be the case—but maybe it's my long limbs?

Extremely light weight, weird fit
This is a very light weight usb-c LED vest. It's bright, and has a lot of color options. the fit isn't the best though, and it sits pretty loose. For my body type, I couldn't really use it for working out in the dark, but it may work better for others.

Best lighted vest for walking dogs at night
I've tried various light vest and belts for walking my dog at night, this one is the best on the market. Light and easy to put on. Good illumination. The lighted ropes have an interwided reflective surface that will shine when a car's headlight is projected towards them. Decent battery live. The battery is recargable through a USB C port.

Fully adjustable!
This is a fantastic safety vest! The light is excellent. The quality of the materials, the brightness, the variety of modes.... I love that it recharges with a standard USB-C cable. The hardware feels sturdy. The vest is fully adjustable so I can wear it over a tshirt or light sweatshirt in the summer, and it fits over my parka and hood in the winter. The slides that adjust the size are super smooth and can be manipulated while it's on... you can pull it tight or loosen it, adjust it so that it rests lower than a hood that's hanging off the neck.Another reviewer said the on/off switch was not reachable on the back. I TOTALLY DISAGREE. The switch is on the back, but it's very easy to reach, and it's a big flat rubber button that's easy to feel and push... and IF the button is out of reach, the cables are so easily maneuverable, that you can pull it down to bring the button within reach without much effort, even when the vest is on top of a heavy thick parka.Maybe it would be nice if the cables weren't so kinked... but that's a feature of the material they used and if they used a more flexible material that laid flat, it might compromise the integrity and usefulness of the light. Ultimately, I'm more concerned about cars seeing me after dark when I walk along the side of the road, and them seeing my hubby when he's on his back, then the pattern of the light laying perfectly straight.

Good visibility tool, but not super bright and a design quirk
I am a runner, and with work and everything, when the summer months are gone, I often end up running in the dark and am conscious of the need to maintain visibility to oncoming traffic. I've tried a few high-visibility vests over the years, but was looking for a good tool that was actually lit up, for even greater visibility, without being bulky or uncomfortable. This looked like a good option. It's a simple device overall. You kind of wear it like a backpack. There is a clip that you unclip to put on the two shoulder straps, then you reclip the clip across your chest. There are a few adjustments you can make to tighten or loosen it and overall you can get it pretty comfortable. I'm not sure I'd want to wear it over a super long run, and certainly not over anywhere there is bare skin (so for instance, I probably wouldn't use this with a singlet), as I could image the surface would chafe you over time. But for my daily run, it's fine. It charges over USB-C with an included A to C cable. You have the option of 5 solid colors or more of a cycling through those. My instinct was to choose yellow as highest visibility, but it actually appeared to be the dimmest to me and the color wasn't consistent throughout, actually turning toward pinkish red at one strand up front. The other colors are more consistent, but brightness is not super intense. It will certainly help with visibility up close, but it's not like shining a light in someone's eyes that they cannot miss from a quarter mile away. And I'm not sure it'll do a ton in duskier conditions. The other annoyance is that the controls for the unit are located on a little plastic part that ends up being right in the square of your back, so if you want to change anything on the fly, you are likely to have to unclip the unit and make the change. Or if you put it on, having forgot to turn it on first, you'll have to take it off and and turn it on and then put it on again. It just seems it would have been smarter to put the button up front where you can control it with ease when it's on.The brightness and the power button quick are the reasons I take away a star. Otherwise, it's a simple solution for some basic visibility enhancement when you just want a little extra ability to stand out against the night.

Not for petite women
I really wanted to like this. But I'm a petite female (5'2" on my best days) and there was no way to adjust this to fit my torso. I tried every permutation to get it to fit except for just carrying it in my hand. What I did get was extra cord either whacking me in the face or rubbing the back of my neck raw. Giving it to my 6'4" friend.
