Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray to cook with Caraway cookware?

Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic cookware induction compatible?

Yes, our cookware is induction compatible. Base diameters range from 5.5" to 8". Since not all induction stovetops are universal, we recommend checking with your stovetop manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

Ceramic coating peeling in less than a year of use

Caraway is not a good brand. There’s far better ceramic cookware. The ceramic coating starts peeling off in less than a year of use. For the price, you would definitely expect a premium item. This is not the case.
