I recently sprained my wrist and thumb :( After a LONG search and many returns of other braces and compression sleeves (my doctor told me to sleep in a compression sleeve to support my wrist and thumb) this compression sleeve has been SO helpful! It’s helped so much with the pain, soreness, and achiness as well as brought down swelling and I’ve slowly begun to gain some additional movement and strength in my thumb. I originally ordered a Medium as my swollen wrist matched that sizing; however it ended up being too big (my bad, but I wanted to be careful). The return process was simple and easy. I’ve now been wearing the Small and it’s been working perfectly. It offers light compression without suffocating my thumb. Easy to get on and off. Very durable as well. If you have injured your thumb and wrist I 100% recommend this for support and compression! This sleeve also comes in sizes Medium, and Large as well.

I'm using this to support my thumb during a bout of tendonitis. I'm finding the compression very helpful. I do have to remove it every 6-8 hours just to get a little relief from the compression itself but it is comfortable for long periods. It is lightweight but offers good compression and support. Much easier to wear than a full brace. I have average size hands and am using the Large. Quality seems pretty good. I used it during an active work weekend driving boats and it held up very well. No signs of wear.

This thumb support is an excellent product but has advantages and disadvantages. Good design but provides MINIMAL (but adequate for most of my needs) thumb support... 4 IMPORTANT ADVANTAGES: 1) Reasonable price, 2) Has EXCELLENT DEXTERITY (for piano/guitar playing, typing, driving, sleeping/overnight healing etc). 3) Very Important: EZ ON/OFF for handwashing. 4) Very WASHABLE and quick-dry. Works very well for my needs but some users may require more thumb support/stabilization... should (and could easily be remade/offered) with 3 levels of thumb support: light/medium/heavy. I wear another product with more thumb support/stabilization under garden gloves for heavier work. I would rate this product very good (4-stars) for advantages stated (above), but could be excellent (5-stars) with minor improvement (stated). I prefer the minimal design around the wrist, but additional support might require the wider support around wrist. I will reorder and hope minor improvements are forthcoming.

I followed product description's directions and measured my wrist. I have a small wrist (5.5"), so I ordered a small. The problem is there is almost no stretch to the wrist section, so getting it over your hand is brutal. Once it is on, the snugness around the wrist is acceptable. However, the only snugness in the entire sleeve is on the wrist and around the tip of the thumb. The base and length of the thumb are really loose, no support at all. I just had joint fusion surgery in my thumb and it's still pretty swollen, and STILL the sleeve is too loose. The fabric is super thin and overall gives little to no support to the thumb. Even having received 2, $10 is WAY overpriced. I do not recommend this product.

I wear these so I have a little bit of support for my thumb while working. It's been very helpful. they are about five dollars a piece, but it's worth it. I like that I can wash them let them dry and then use them again the next day. they are lasting around a month each.

I got these mainly for my arthritis in my wrist. I read some of the reviews that said they started falling apart, but I didn’t believe it. However, after wearing it for less than a week, I did notice that the seams are coming loose. Mainly because they’re glued and not sewn. I love the material because it’s breathable and it’s lightweight. One review said that they stretched out and became too big but I didn’t see that with these however, then again I only wore them for a few days. I weigh 133 and I’ve got the medium and they were perfect size. Sadly, since they are starting to fall apart, I can’t give it a thumbs up.

I just picked up my thumb braces because Purolator did not deliver them, they left them at a Hub for pick up 20 minutes away when I have a hub 2 minutes away down the street, and they didn't even tell me which hub they where left at. Thank goodness the hub they left them at called me. We have hubs all over the City. I was not impressed with Purolator's service at all. Be aware. The thumb braces aren't bad but they are too big. Usually I wear a medium but they are too big around and they have no wire coming up the side of your thumb for support. So I just sewed them down the side to make them tighter which does help to give a little more support. But I would never buy them again.

I'm a massage therapist and my thumb joints get sore. This simple brace helps to alleviate tension and helps with healing. True to size. I have small hands and the small is snug enough.
