Very poor form.

The tube is the correct item and works... (which is no surprise victory as it was billed as the manufacturer's own replacement part).However, I purchased a *five* pack, was charged for a five pack, but received only a single tube...Now I've had to had to make 3 calls to amazon customer service, order another pack of replacements, and write this review.Hence, the low rating. Very poor form.
