Lightweight But Mighty
I've been doing more and more video work and was looking for a gimbal to add to my kit. This gimbal is going to fit in very well. The gimbal comes in a very nice case, with everything well organized. The instruction sheet does a good job of explaining the basics of how to use it, but there are several YouTube videos that go into further detail. My primary camera is a Canon R6, which along with my 24-105mm RF lens is a bit more than this gimbal is designed to support. Although that combination weighs a touch over 3 lbs, I was able to get it to balance on the gimbal. I would not recommend doing this for long as it may put undue stress on the motor, but I needed to try it before I get a lighter lens. I was very impressed with how well it worked and moved with this set up. I also tried it with my Samsung S23 cell phone and that was great. Super light and easily maneuverable. This is a great strong and lightweight option for anyone looking to get into more advanced video opportunities with lighter gear.

Defective Product
After balancing the gimbal. The iPhone would not level out. It leans to the left. This is unacceptable for the price point. I will return it

Some amazing features, lightweight but handles 2 pounds with ease.
I'm using this with a Sony ZV-E1, but the overall process is the same for most cameras.First is going through everything and figuring out the mount (Arca Swiss plate, GoPro or phone) and if you need a cable. There's a bunch of included cables, and you may or may not need one. For my Sony I needed the cord that was marked as an Android charge cable, as it was USB-C on both ends.Next is mounting the camera and balancing it. WATCH THE VIDEO. It's explained really well. You know if you did it wrong if you get an 03 error later on. This step took maybe two minutes. Remember to do this with the lens at the zoom you intend to use, and the lens cap off.Next is auto calibration - 15 seconds, then motor calibration - 5 seconds. You can find the instructions in the online manual - all that's included is a quick start guide. This should be done every time. To test everything I do a quick "inception" mode shot. If there's an 03 error, you're not balanced correctly or skipped calibration.Getting this to work with the camera war more difficult than I expected. I wanted to use Bluetooth and it paired just fine, but I could not control anything. Then I used the cable and it worked - but the ONLY control is the shutter. So you can start and stop video. The zoom (The Sony has a sweet digital zoom) does nothing. The manual stated there's only shutter control, but honestly that is a huge letdown. Another issue is that the Sony remote app can't be used wen the cable is plugged in. That's a Sony issue, but still annoying. The way it mounts, you need to remove the camera to swap batteries or memory cards. The gimbal uses the Hohem Joy app, not the sale app as their other gimbals. It's the most confusing app, as it automatically tries to shoot video using the phone. Gimbal control is secondary, and you can only use it to pan/tint/rotate and setup time lapse shots. No automated 360's or clever video stuff.Back to mounting - the small plate that attaches to the camera is an Arca Swiss plate. This slides into a matching are on the gimbal. But everything else LOOKS like Arca Swiss, but s actually about 30% narrower. Annoying, as I need to remove my camera cage to use the gimbal. The included mini-tool (a dime-sized screwdriver thingie) mounts with magnets under part of the gimbal. This is used to adjust the camera bracket. This bracket MAY need adjusting when balancing, but where the tool is positioned? You need to remove the bracket to get to it - or carry tweezers, Great idea, terrible execution. What's amazing is that this gimbal can support cameras that weigh twice as much as the gimbal. And do it well. The screen is easy to read and there's so many options and controls - you'll need a cheat sheet. There's a trigger, dial 9that also pushes in) multi-function zoom control, joystick, shutter button, menu button and even more. On top of that the gimbal has great battery life - and can supply power to your device. The included GoPro mount is the typical 1/4-20 mount. The included phone mount is all aluminum and something that would sell for $25 bucks alone. The case is a nice addition, good quality, but obviously designed for a variety of products - lots of wasted space. If there's one thing that really stands out is the range of motion. Where other gimbals stop, this keeps going. The pan axis has no limit. It can spin 360 all day long. One option the gimbal has is the auto tracker. This is around $60 and adds optical tracking and gesture control to the gimbal. I don't have this but WILL be getting it. If you're a solo shooter it's a must-have accessory.Overall this is a solid gimbal with a good feature set and supports a lot of different cameras and phones, albeit with limited control of those devices.

Really nice Gimbal
I have never heard of this brand before but I wanted to give it a try. The outside wrap was really professional and that's how I knew that this company definitely puts effort into the way they present themself. This is a good thing because that means that they care about the quality of their products.I tried the product and sure enough it worked great! It has an app to work with which is more buggy than DJI. I am a big DJI fan though so maybe it is just because I am used to that platform. In comparison, this gimbal still works great and is user-friendly if you are familiar with gimbals. It has a similar setup to the other brands I have used (Zhi-yun, DJI, and a couple of other brands that are off-brand).Overall, I do recommend this product!

False description
Title says that the AI tracking fill light is included but it is not and costs $59 to purchase separately. The gimbal can’t track you without it making this just an expensive stabilizer.

Great gimbal with lots of options
I got this gimbal to use with my Nikon Z7ii mirrorless camera and it does not disappoint. Compared to my Ziyuhn Crane 2S it is lighter to carry and much easier to set up and balance. The video instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. The hardware itself feels solid and it's made of durable metal. The app functionality works flawlessly and you can easily control the gimbal from the app or the joystick. I do like that it comes with mounts for both your phone and action camera, but I feel like this is a meaty gimbal and a bit much for an action camera. However, it's nice that it is designed to be an all-in-option for your video needs, no matter what you shoot with.Overall, I feel this a great option for a 3 axis gimbal for mirrorless camera at a good price point, and I would recommend to a friend.

Professional quality gimbal for light to medium weight cameras, cellphones or action cameras.
If you want to stabilize the video from your cellphone, action camera like a GoPro, or a light to middle weight digital camera, this gimbal performs exceptionally well.It is ruggedly built to professional standards and is constructed mostly out of aluminum.Even the soft-sided carry case is well laid out and includes hold-down Velcro straps for the gimbal itself to secure it in position so it doesn't move.My hand-held videos are much steadier now, resulting in a more professional looking final product.
