Adapter was missing
Some parts were missing, smps was already opened.

This seller supplied a old used hard disk with the kit. Apart from that the kit is worth.

Cameras are getting restart in the night
DVR is good but the camera are keep getting restart in the night, I believe it's due to more power required in the night to make flashlight active, I ordered an extra powered smps of 16 channel I will check and update you soon.

Very Good Product.
Using for 1+ Year, After using I am giving a review.It's easy to fit if you have some knowledge of electricity. Technology is very good and is used to send notifications on your phone when someone is detected on the camera view. Another setting is already set and if you call customer care they will guide you to set lan connection IP which can be used to see your camera view on your smartphone via the Hikconnect app.Over all Product quality and performance is Very Good.

Defective Product
Defective product 😕, Very bad service. My CCTV is not working properly. If you want to repair it, I have to sent it Hariyana by speed post. Totally unsatisfied.

Hard Disk Doesnt Work. Wire Very Bad Quality
Hard Disk Doesnt Work As Connected. No return nor support from Amazon. 45meter Roll of very bad quality wire. Only Dvr & Camera Are Good Hikvision. Very bad the seller is getting away by supplying damaged goods on amazon
