Poorly polarized or poor material
I placed one on top of the other and rotated it to 90 degrees. Adjusted to minimize the light getting through. There is no orientation where you get very low light in my opinion. Poor qualityIn the photo you can see the two sheets stacked, yet look how much light is making it through!
