No customer service, poor quality
The product arrived in apparent good condition, however when I turned on it showed 75% of charge, but in less than 2 minutes it when down to 55% without any use, so I decided to charge it and after few hours it when down to 0% and now it doesn't charge at all in spite it show the green signal IN and it's blinking. I couldn't find any way to contact customer service. Useless and very poor or inexistent customer service.
