Its a good product that supply enough energy, to the body when doing high intensity work out like weight lifting, running etc, flavor was good as well (cola), easy to use no need of shaker can be used using plastic bottle, great value for money a budget friendly supplement, i use it when I'm feel low energy i don't recommend it using everyday though even it is a supplement, bind it with good diet and exercises, sipping it in between the set will do wonders plus, make sure you have good levels of water in your body else you'll feel thirsty after having it.

Such a pathetic flavour i have to throw it in dustbin because the flavour is so pathetic that you can't even drink it. Now I got to know why this company products aren't so popular. If you give it unflavoured one can consume it but sucha pathetic flavour it has. Don't buy it no matter how cheap it is.

Good for pre workout, Easily mix, to many health benefits, but it's too sweet...i think it should be little bit lesser sweet is needed
