Brilliant cake tin; excellent size
I bought two of these cake "tins" just before Christmas and find them just perfect. It enabled me to split a hefty recipe into two decent sized fruit cakes, which was very useful over the Christmas period. Lining cake tins is an absolute bore and a chore. I did take the precaution of putting a layer of buttered paper at the bottom of the tins, but did nothing at all about the sides. I am a great fan of this range of products. The silicone "tins" are more robust than average and they make cake making much much easier. I shall test the performance of one of them on Sachertorte before too long!!!

Less rigid than I thought it might be.
It does the job and the cake comes out easily enough. There seems to be some disclouration or staining of the material inside before it was even used. A patch where the surface is less shiny than the rest. i washed it several times but it didn't budge.

Easy to turn out
Just used this to make my as cakeNo messing around lining tins or putting brown paper around itCooked perfectly and just a push to release.Needs to be placed on a baking tray for stability but would do that normally to collect spills.

Perfect for my Pressure King Pro 24 in 1
I bought this to use in my Pressure King Pro 24 in 1 multi cooker. It bakes great cakes but I needed a decent cake tin that was the correct size and thickness to fit. Being silicone, it's very hard wearing and very easy to clean as well. I've used it many times and not had a bad cake yet (famous last words). I can highly recommend it.

Rubbish
Lots of bits of rubber was coming of it when i washed before use and the cake stuck even after being greased and was hard to get out. I wish i hadnt bought it as it was quite expensive for a bit of rubber.

Don’t buy
It is so ridiculous it wobbles all over the place. I tried putting it inside another tin for cake to cook. So disappointed cake was raw n nothing like the description. Only cleans well…waste of money mine will just stay in the cupboard n rot.

Good quality
I wasn't too sure about baking a cake in a silicone dish, but it works as well as my old and well used cake tins.Straight sides, easy to clean and doesn't distort or discolour - very happy with my purchase :)
