I bought these to help my grip on heavy Deadlifts. My point of failure was always my grip, even with cross-grip. Since using these RitFit Lifting Straps, my grip will absolutely hold as long as I can lift, plus it protects your wrists! The wrist straps are super-comfortable. I will say, I put the wrist straps through the metal loop before placing them on my hands, because it takes me too long to get the wrist strap through the loop after the lifting straps are on my hands. I've found that doing it this way makes them much easier to put on. I love the ease of adjustment between sets: I can loosen them quickly, and then re-tighten when it's time for my next set. I anticipate this product will be part of my gym accessories for quite some time - it seems very well made. Thank you RitFit!!

Great buy!!! Used the straps with deadlifts (315 lbs) and RDLs (225 lbs) for a leg day workout so far. Comfortable, good wrist support, heavy duty bands made Deadlifting heavy weight less of a grip game and allowed me to rep to failure over 4 sets of each lift. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic straps. I play collegiate football so I've been lifting pretty seriously for about five years now and ive consistently used straps for hang cleans and deadlifts over that time. These are by far the most comfortable straps I've ever used and one of the big issues I've had with straps is I get some bruising on my wrists especially when going very heavy on deadlifts but with these because of the padding I get absolutely no bruising. These are comfortable, long enough for any bar, and offer lots of grip. The only complaint I have is that these straps can be a bit hard to put on but they're fantastic straps regardless.

One of the best fitting straps i have ever had. Great price, and a very heavyduty construction. If you hit the gym hard you need a pair of these they come in handy. The wrist support if great and it does not pinch or snag your wrist when using them on heavy weight. Great product i highly recommend these straps.

They work. I just don’t think they feel as good as most other pairs I have used of a similar style. The straps are too long so it makes them harder to put on. Other pairs also have a bit of rubber on the strap to make it more grippy. I prefer if they were labeled L and R although they feel awkward regardless of which had I put them on.

My boyfriend asked me for some of these when I mentioned that his stocking theme for Christmas this year was going to be stuff for the gym. I guess he didn't realize that I paid attention and as soon as they arrived in the mail I got excited and gave them to him early. Being that he was headed to the gym and it was back day, I knew he could use them. He said that they make a huge difference and he loves them. Good quality, good price.

I had a pair of different straps before, and by far those ones are so much better. The fact that you have a wrist support and you can adjust the thightness before you even roll it around the bar or the weights makes ALL the difference. It really helps to lift heavier and have a better grip. Also, as a woman it is very challenging to find straps that are not too thick since I have small hands. If you're wondering which one is best, don't hesitate to go with these + the quality is great! 100% recommend!!

Great item! Very strong, easy to put on, comfortable, easily asjustable. Perfect for the job. Also easy to transport as lay flat together and wrap around. Nice. I was forever losing one of the standard wrist strap type
