However as an electrical engineer, I can say the fault you describe is similar or same as \"battery memory effect\" with mobile phones. This usually happens over a period of time of constant topup charging without letting the battery discharge sufficiently to say at least 20% or less. Please look up memory effect on mobile cell batteries and you will get a better understanding of the problem. I can say if this happens there is no option but to replace the battery or the whole unit!\nI can further add if this happened within the first year I would suspect the battery was faulty as new and you should request a replacement. There are many other factors such as how long it takes to charge to 100% or a faulty charging circuit or a faulty cell in the battery or over use. I hope this helps."}}]}]}
