This was a gift for my partner. She's been loving it. I have an expensive Fitbit and this was about half the price! Battery lasts her a long time (maybe 2-3 days) and tracks her heart rate consistently. We did change the strap as it did start to wear down after taking it on and off so many times but watch has held up well with the change. Looks nearly identical to the more expensive watch models

Hello there. I disliked the fact that I had to install an app on my phone to be able to use the watch. But I really like everything about the watch once it was installed. It exceeded my expectations. There are so many things inside that I absolutely fall on love with.It's worth a lot more from what I have paid for and I highly recommend it.

Really good watch, does all that is needed. Unfortunately, the battery will not charge now. Watch purchased on 9th December 23 and stopped charging on 11th December 24. 2 days ourt pf warranty now, so no use trying or going to the expense of sending it back. Probably better to keep buyong the less expensive watches and replace them each year, rather than paying 5 times the price for the Fitbit range, which can still go wrong anyway.

I only wanted this watch for basics, so nothing fancy. Just steps, calories and workout tracking really. Seemed simple to use. Easy to set up but...All day calories started counting into the hundreds of millions after the first week, the app keeps on asking me to login and then telling me request failed please try again later, the watch count down before a workout sticks, like it's about to freeze on you..its just not up to the task and is incredibly frustrating. Do not recommend and after just 2 months will be looking for something better.

This has been great at tracking my daily steps. It arrived fast and works really well. Comfortable and adjustable strap. I have been using it to track my progress and see improvements.As well as this, the customer service is great, over the year I ended up losing the charger for the watch so I emailed customer service and they gave me a new charger free of cost.Overall great watch and good price :)

After watching a video about what this watch can do, I am extremely disappointed to discover that it actually DOES NOT do all the functions that it claims TO, I really wanted to be able to check my blood pressure daily and I can't. It does not have 7+ days of battery life and the list goes on. I am not happy and I daresay that I will have to buy a new one soon.

Brought this to help with my weightloss goal. Didn't want anything expensive. On first impression, it's fab, does all what it says, recieve calls etc heart rate monitor is good. Not tried the sleep monitor as I don't sleep with it on. However, the one let down is the step counter, which is the main reason I brought it. If I'm washing up, chopping veg etc apparently I'm also walking. Also everytime I drive, it adds thousands of steps! So I don't even know what I have done or not.Charge is good aswell as the fit, strap could be abit more comfortable.Apart from the step count, everything else is great. I like how it has different training to record whether it be indoor walking, skipping etc.
