When I like about it, you get an extra mop pad.What you put together you can really ring it out like the old ones will never do that so they upgraded this very pleased with the product cleans very well too.

I'd always used cotton. Microfiber works just as good and doesn't get stinky! Most of these ringer mops are small - this one has a FULL mop head.

I don’t write a lot of product reviews—but then again, I don’t usually come across things like this freaking mop.I’ve never sworn at an inanimate object so much in my life. Obscenities were flying the entire time I tried to use it.The modular handle unscrews itself every single time you wring it out—if you can even manage to retract the mop into the tiny “sweet spot” where it’s possible to wring it out at all. And when it’s not falling apart, the mop head gets hopelessly tangled around the handle, forcing you to stop and start all over again. I finally locked it into the closed position, and that’s how it’s going to stay until the end of time—because I absolutely refuse to wrestle with unlocking it again.When I think of all the steps that go into releasing a product—design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, quality control—you’d figure someone would have noticed that this mop is a flawed, flaming pile of crap. Apparently not. I considered sending it back, but honestly, I’m more tempted to take it out back and set it on fire as revenge for the massive frustration it’s caused me.This mop is a total failure in every possible way. Save yourself the headache—and the swearing—and stay far away from it.

Love this mop ! I've always been partial to a good old fashioned "string mop" but with arthritis it was getting difficult. This mop is perfect. Cleans well. Dries quickly. Comes with extra mop head which is a big plus !

It would have been five stars as it even comes with a refill but it was missing the main section that has the ridges that’s needed to turn and squeeze out the water.I live in a house with 4 dogs and 3 other adults so going without a mop no bueno.
