The secret to loving this target
Showed up lightning fast from Amazon. I've only hit it about a dozen times, but this looks to be a great target. I had read that arrows were difficult to extract, so the first two arrows were field points; one just plain and the other I rubbed with home made soap for about 4 inches just below the field point. The plain arrow was quite difficult to remove even with an arrow puller, but the soaped up arrow came right out easy-peasy. I used home made soap because it still contains the glycerin which commercial soap makers take out and sell as a secondary product, but I imagine Ivory soap would work well too. So next I hit it with a variety of broadheads from 4 blade fixed to over-the-top mechanicals to modern 'cut on contact' mechanicals with a 1½" cut diameter. I soaped all of the shafts as described above and every single extraction was a piece of cake and does not even require the use of the arrow puller, so there is the secret to enjoyable broadhead use with this (and possibly other) broadhead targets. It's a bit pricey, but I think this is truly a case of getting what you pay for. This thing should last for years even with broadheads especially with the replaceable bullseye. If my opinion changes, I'll post an update. But for now I say Buy It!

Best Broadhead target around.
Absolutely the best broadhead target around. Rinehart products are not cheap but they are great! I am shooting Easton's Deep Six arrows and this target does a great job of stopping them with either field points or fixed blade broadheads. One of the best things about this target is the fact that you can easily pull field point equipped arrows-not so with other broadhead targets. Very durable too-been sitting out in my yard for 5 months straight and only weathering is the bright target spots are starting to get bleached by the sun-still can see as aiming points, but not nearly as bright as when new. Other than that there is no dry rotting or damage to the rest of the material. Another great thing was when I bought it I got free shipping from Amazon and that is hard to beat. I also have a Rinehart 18-1, which is also an awesome product.

Top Quality
Pretty pricey but lasts a LONG time. This is probably the highest quality target that you can get. You will need to replace the center piece sooner if you shoot broad heads into it, and I have even lost some broad heads in the core when removing the arrow. Never ever any problems with field tips.

Subpar quality and attention to detail…
Everything went great until the package was opened. Quick shipping, package was in great shape, then I pulled it out of the box. The painted portions of the target looked like someone quickly used a spray can and then packaged it. The foam is pitted, chipped, and has grooves in numerous locations. The handle has dripped “goop” all over it. Not what I expected from the price and reviews this target had. Very unhappy and debating returning due too appearing to be a very low level of quality control. Hoping manufacture reads this and try’s to make things right.

but I'm sure it would hold up fine with a crossbow
This thing is badass. I've put so many arrows into it including practice mechanical heads and it isn't the least bit tore up. I've bee shooting the replaceable insert and I'm sure this thing will last for a few years before needing to be replaced. I have only shot compound bow, not crossbow, but I'm sure it would hold up fine with a crossbow. This target is probably the last target you'll buy, and I'm sure it will give you many good years of use!

Quality Control: Nailed It !!!!
This is the worst quality control Ive ever seen on any product. When I first saw it I felt like I got ripped off. Its really bad and the closer I look at it, the worse it gets. Having said that, its a target. We literally buy them to shoot holes in so complaining about how it looks sounds kind of crazy. As long as it stops my 4mm arrows I can live with the poor looks. Im not mad about the looks but Im going to buy another brand in the future. If a company cares so little about quality control, I have to wonder if their foam mixture suffers from time to time also. This target may stop my arrows but the next one like it may not. Quality control is a company wide issue. If its suffering in one area, theres a high probability its suffering in others. For a nearly $200 target, its simply easier to buy another brand than to worry whether Im going to get the one target that is going to fail quickly. 2.5 month UPDATE The target has held up well. Ive blown out all the dots on the center insert so it no longer stops my arrows. This is the best Ive had a target hold up for me. Ive shot thousands of arrows in the past 2.5 months (generally 100 arrows per day). I was upset when the target showed up looking so bad but it has performed well. I will be buying another one along with a replacement core for this one. I have upgraded the rating from 1 star to 4 star. If it didnt look like a 3 yr old finger painted it, it would have 5 stars.

Amazing target!
I bought a Rinehart RhinoBlock Target to use with my Wicked Ridge Invader G3 crossbow and fixed blade broadheads. The target is amazing. Works well with a xbow and broadheads as well compound bows too. Many targets refuse to release a broadhead, but this one is smooth. I use an arrow puller to assist in removing the arrows. I highly recommend this to any crossbow'r with broadheads. I hit the same 3" area about 15-20 times and a little piece of the target gave way, but don't let that deter you. Eventually, with enough shots and razor sharp broadheads it will show some signs of "wear." You have to get a target designed for cross bows or it will just bury the arrows and ruin your fletching. This target you can't bury an arrow. It is worth every penny!!
