LIGHT GLO NO VACANCY

I bought this as a Halloween decoration and it’s perfect! It flickers like an old motel sign.

It was a gift and they loved it.

We have a small Inn in North Texas and looking for a sign we could adjust with our smart phone. Unfortunately, though we only bought this in May (now July), the company will not replace or refund the item. The "NO" is so pale that you can't see it at all. It is supposed to do a flicker, like an antique sign, but unfortunately it stays off so long, and is so pale, that it always looks like there is a vacancy. I do NOT recommend this sign NOR this seller!

This product gives the appearance that there is a backing board behind the sign, there was no backing board & the No on the sign did not work when plugged in. I would not have purchased if I had of known there was no backing board to hold the sign - why show an angled corner at the top of the N & bottom of the Y? I feel as if you have conned me .
