You need a 1 31/32 hole saw for this specifically.
A standard 2" Hole saw bit at a big box store in the US is 51mm. This will leave you with a hole too big or you use a 1 3/4 and sand/grind it out which is tedious and not accurate. These are nice and metal, just buy the correct size hole saw here when you purchase these and you will be fine.

The sizes are not right.
Good quality, but the sizes are all wrong. Gromit sizes are measured by the size of the hole they go into. What they sent me and labeled as a 2 inch grommet was not even close to 2 inches. The entire grommet can fall right through a 2 inch hole.

Perfect
I loved that these were metal, and have a locking feature to the cover/cap. Only downside is the rubber cable sleeve can pop out pretty easily. I just used a little silicone sealant and it's solid.

Not 2”
I thought I could glue these with silicone if the 2” hole was too big. With a perfect 2” hole with no slop, the overhang barely covers the hole making silicone nearly impossible. These just are not feasible. I don’t know why these companies don’t at least build in some forgiveness in the overhangs especially when they are manufacturing in the metric system and selling in the American market.
