Great support cushion
This is my second purchase of this Zephyr pillow. I left the other one in the park and fly van. It is very comfortable and provides great support.I broke my pelvis in 3 places two years ago and have used several different lumbar support pillows from Amazon since then that were gray or white covered. The reason I am purchasing this pillow is because I am traveling and it has a handy handle on it and it is gray so it blends in well. I have 2 white lumbar pillows that I use in my car and home because they are brighter and bring attention to the fact I have to use a lumbar pillow. This pillow has not flattened nor have any of the 8 pillows I've purchased previously from Amazon. It only comes in a regular size. However, there is a gray lumbar pillow that comes in an XL size on Amazon and it folds. I purchased that for my husband when we traveled to Hawaii and he loved it. This is well priced and a great product. (Just remember to pick it up after you have used it!)

Very comfortable & versatile
Helps relieve the arthritis pain in my neck & back. Very comfortable & versatile. The cover is nice & soft, & the handle- handy. The cover is hand-wash only tho. Wish it was machine washable.

This seat cushion is great, it relieves my lower back pain during long hours of sitting at my desk, it is very supportive and at the same time soft and comfortable, great quality. And the best part: it doesn’t slide around my office chair because of non-slip bottom, very pleased and will buy another one to use at home, so I don’t have to take it to/from office everyday.

Comfortable, Cool, Soft Seat Cushion
Absolutely love this seat cushion. It came in perfect condition in a special zippered plastic bag. Had to air out the pillow for a couple of days and afterwards it was ready to go. For my job I sit 8 hours a day and this cushion is so comfortable and it is even temperature cool. I tend to get very hot when sitting or laying on memory foam. This cushion does not make me warm at all. It fits perfectly on a standard office chair. I will purchase a second one when this starts to wear out. I highly recommend this cushion!!!

Didn't Help...
I've been dealing with arthritis in my spine for about 10 years. Flying anywhere kills me and I travel a lot. I'm stuck in mediocre seats without much room to change positions and standing up isn't always an option. My spine compresses making the trip painful and uncomfortable. The longer I sit, the worse it feels. When I stand up and release all those squished nerves, it's like an explosion hits me in my lower back for about 3-5 seconds. Plus, the lingering pain and discomfort for the next few hours. Any flight that will be over an hour and a half fills me with instant dread. Flights overseas? I'm screwed. I load up on vodka. Still hurts, but I don't care as much. I flew to Spain and knew I *had* to find something better than the little camping pillow that hadn't been working for me for years. I bought this cushion in August, right before my trip down to Jalisco, Mexico. I was so excited to try it out. I liked that it came with a bag to carry it in. I didn't have to worry about it taking up space in my carry-on, getting it out, and having to carry it while boarding. I could hang it over my luggage handle. The bag also keeps the cushion from getting dusty or dirty. I also like that there is a piece of fabric connecting the opening so it can be carried or attached to something that way as well. Sadly, it was simply "ok" on the flight there. I still felt some discomfort, but not as much. But the flight back... it seemed to do nothing. I kept moving it and moving it and I could not find the Sweet Spot. I think the cushion needs less thickness in the front to level the cushion once the compression happens from the pelvic region's pressure points. Since the thickness isn't tapered, the back naturally compresses under the heavier weight of our torso. The front area under our legs doesn't compress as much. You're tilted back so the pressure on the spine is back to square 1. But I'm not an expert. Maybe the airplane's seats were shaped differently or maybe it was me. I had 2 more trips after the Mexico flights and the cushion still didn't give me the level of comfort I was hoping for. I knew the time it would take to "try it out" would put me past the 30 day return window so I knew I was risking my money going in. I'm flying to Switzerland in a few months. An overseas flight will be the real test. For reference- I'm 37, 5'6", 160 lbs. Average height and weight.

Amazing!
Ok, I have what is called: failed back surgery- yes, a real medical term! Right leg/ankle/foot neuropathy. I have bought 6 different back support seats here on Amazon. 3 of them were too soft-gave 2 to my Mom. One is in my desk chair under a hard plastic support. I had the ultimate one- alas, my Daughter’s Olde English Bulldogge chewed it up. My quest to find a harder model went on- and stopped with this one! It’s nice and hard and my back loves it! I’m thrilled to have found this one-very supportive! It’s on the couch where I sit to watch TV. I was skeptical when it came- it was folded in half in a box.. looked a bit odd. So the initial presentation was not great. It quickly flattened- but it’s sturdy, not flat! I am so thrilled! Highly recommend if you need real support- and not like you’re sitting on a pillow! Thank you so much!

If over 5ft don't buy
Everything about the product seems fine, but it is way too short, and not wide enough. If you are a little child, or a very very petite woman this cushion will cut off your circulation midway though your thigh. it doesn't even come close to being the length of a normal office chair seat. As for the width will if you are fat, or a girl with a healthy behind then this cushion will cut into the sides of your legs and buttocks. It does however feel lice and sturdy, but I can't use this, and I am not in the mood to fight with a 3rd party vendor to try getting a refund. One more thing there is a lump in the front portion that is kind of in the way for your male package if you know what I mean. Not comfortable at all. Again it is good material, and holds weight, but way too small.

Pretty good
Squished down pretty quick and is slow to recover to full puffy. Definitely comfy if you always sit properly with your legs in front of the chair. If you like to put your feet under the chair the pad pushes pretty hard on the back of your thighs. Not comfy that way for long.
