Pure Chocolate Extract for Baking and Cooking, 18 Ounce Bottle

I add this and coffee essence to brownies- utter perfection. Just 1/2 tsp adds so much depth to chocolate!

I have been using Star White brand for years but now they do not sell to individuals only commercial. I was searching for a replacement so tried this brand. It is very good quality and provides a rich chocolate flavor. It deepens the flavor of the chocolate cookies I used it in. I am pleased with the quality and taste.

Use this any time a recipe calls for chocolate. It’s the secret ingredient in my chocolate chip cookies because it enhances the chocolate flavor, adding depth.

Great product! Takes your chocolate creations to a whole new level as it replaces the high notes that are usually killed off with the roasting process of the cocoa beans. Makes your chocolate creations taste "HIGH END"

I like their vanilla products, so I tried the chocolate. I normally put vanilla in milk with some splenda and it's great. So I tried chocolate. It's good but it's very very mild tasting of chocolate, not strong at all. If you're looking for a dark chocolate level, this isn't it. I tried it a second time and put a lot more in to see if it would strengthen the chocolate flavor, which it somewhat did, but also added a fair amount of bitterness which I couldn't drink. Probably because it has alcohol in it (after all it is an liquid extract). Probably better for baking than drinking. Overall actually not bad, just not as strong as what I was looking for.

My secret ingredient. A nice chocolate flavor.

This is a watered down version of it's former self. The Flavor is faint and "off", not chocolate. The Color is super pale compared to this same product that I have previously purchased for years in grocery stores. Based on this experience, I fear this extract may have gone the way of many other products. Lower quality ingredients and higher prices. Very sad. I am sorry that I purchased such a large bottle. If you are thinking of trying this, get a small bottle.

The product is excellent -- it's a "round" flavor for people using extracts.

saw this stuff on sorted food (youtube) so i figured i would try it vs the cheap stuff i had used previously and have to say the difference was night and day hence the 5 stars 😀

Havent used it yet, but I've never been dissapeared in this brand.

Put a tiny drop of this in your morning coffee for a wow factor

Fast shipping, GREAT PRODUCT!

It has no chocolate flavour at all- its vanilla.. if I wanted to pay a fortune for vanilla ..I'd buy vanilla
