The product info did not indicate that the item was used. When the item arrived, it was not in new condition.

Camera should auto track people and cars well but does not. Most times it doesn't even move in response. A person walking it should catch and track every time but it doesn't. Its very clear and well made and has up to about 120 feet decent infrared coverage at night. The focus is spotty at best and appears out of focus when adjusting to a moving target when tracking. It doesn't come with a mount. Best only select wither car, person or other not all 3 for tracking. Its a pain to get it to even work.

The DS-2CD2083G2-I does not have audio / built in mic. Please update your listing. Otherwise, great camera, if you're not wanting audio.
