Created Corundum Review: Looks good, florescent under blacklight - It appears to be real ruby, man made ruby, but real none the less. It is very florescent under a blacklight, a bright pink to blood-orange light. It is very clear, I still need to look at it under magnification to confirm the curved striations for created ruby but since this company also sells fire forged boules of created ruby I believe it to be real ruby. If anything comes up I'll update this review. Over all I'm happy with the money spent. Review: Review - This is a nice ruby. The symmetry of the cut is pretty good. I could find no visible inclusions. It looks amazing under UV light!

Quite a beautiful stone
I wasn't sure what to expect with a synthetic ruby, but I have to admit it's really beautiful, and even under a magnifier, looks like mother nature's product... the facets sparkle nicely under light... very pleased, especially for the price...
