This is a review for the Moab 2 Mid Hiking Boot just to be clear, as all the Merrell reviews for shoes are displayed regardless which shoe you are looking at. That means you can read a review which says a shoe is waterproof when it is talking about a different shoe altogether.These Moab 2 hiking boots are comfortable, provide lots of grip. The support around the ankle is great but it worth pointing out these are not waterproof. I went for a walk across a damp field on the first day and had a wet sock by the end of it.Good value and a lot of boot for money but not an all weather boot.

Super comfy, fit like a glove straight out of the box! Not waterproof but that's not a huge problem - comfort is key and very supportive!

I bought these for my friend's birthday. Unfortunately I had to return as he needed waterproof ones and I also got his sizing wrong. No reflection on the boots though as they did look lovely in black. I have a pair myself in green but they are the GTX ones. They are extremely comfortable and sturdy.

Finding a quality non Gore-tex boots is difficult in Europe but finding a wide fitting version is impossible. It's a shame that I had to import the wide variant of this boot from the USA which added 30% to the cost.

Bought these as a warm, dry weather boot after being very impressed with comfort, fit & durability of the GTX version.Great boot, but this is the Vent version, so not suitable if you are wanting waterproofing.

Just a really good boot. Lots of padding and support all aound: top, bottom and sides. Very comfortable and they look good.

Merrells boots always seem to be a better fit than there shoes my 4th pair of these very comfortable Great grip strong and relatively long lasting

Excelente, botas muy buena calidad, ya mas de un año con ellas, las compre para hacer senderismo y me siento tan a gusto qué termine usándolas de diario y el desgaste ni se nota, sigo llevándolas al sendero una buena limpieza y uso todos los días durante mi rutina diariamente la suela vibran de lo mejor lo único no son impermeables pero secan rápido

My first pair of these boots lasted 4 years, through lots of tough trails & terrain. I still wear them, but when I saw the same style on sale I bought another pair without hesitation. They are very well-made, fit is perfect, great tread on the soles. Cute color combo of olive & black with purple laces! I did add Soft Soles inserts for extra arch support. Super satisfied with this purchase.
