GE Lighting 26222 4-Watt 14-Lumen C7 Night Light Bulb, Pink, 2-Pack

It doesn't make sense but this is the bulb color that will not disrupt your sleep / circadian rhythm if you get up in the night. The appearance that this bulb is pale pink does not actually light up as a pale pink but as a gentle candle flame color. (similarly most orange bulbs actually light up too bright red). The 4 watts is bright enough to not trip but again, doesn't disrupt the circadian sleep cycle / is preferable to 5 watt. And I think it's the better choice incandescent but label doesn't say what type. I use these in vintage light beige, plastic plug-ins with a manual switch. How it looks will also depend on the color of your nightlight cover. I tried lots of c7 bulbs that were too bright / wrong tone. These are the nightlight bulbs to sleep by. PS to GE: wake up, circadian lighting is the new in thing and you have a sleeper keeper here - which the smart person who designed this nightlight bulb color knew.

It's a great low light bulb for night lights. My kids love the color and I like that it isn't as bright as some other nightlights so the kids can get better sleep. Fits into our Himalayan salt rock nightlight.

I have a small salt lamp as a nightlight in my bathroom. A regular white bulb is too bright for night use, and so is a clear one. I was going to get some orange bulbs, but thought I'd give this pink one a try. Works great! Bright enough to keep from running into things but soft enough to not blind you - think the brightness of a lit 3-wick candle. I wish it came in multi-packs though. UPDATE: Soooooo... these bulbs are not lasting as long as they have been. Package says a year of life, but mine are burning out within a few months. I don't think they're getting excessive use - I have 2 salt lamps (one a regular accent lamp and the other is a nightlight-style lamp) and the bulbs just don't have the life in this 2nd/3rd go-round. -Maybe- its my lamps, but -maybe- its the bulbs. Not changing my rating, just wanted to update the information.

I was looking for four watt bulbs for a small lamp that I utilize as a nightlight. The bulbs I previously used were very bright and glaring, not at all soft which is what I was looking for. I ordered these hoping they would provide a softer glow and they are everything I wanted. Some reviewers state that the light isn't pink but the glow is a soft pink. The pink does have a slight orange tint to it but it is not red and is definitely pink. Would definitely purchase again.

Just enough light for my bathroom at night.
