Excellent set of exercise bands that I used for PT. I had some shoulder problems and these bands were part of my exercise routine during my workout sessions. My shoulders have responded well and I bought these to continue my workouts at home. They have helped me tremendously, giving me an exercise routine that I can follow and make my workouts meaningful. I’ve never been able to maintain a regular exercise schedule. But now, I exercise daily and even do multiple workouts sometimes. I know my limitations and I don’t try to do too much; 30 minutes a day is plenty enough for this senior citizen. Using my watch and exercising equipment, I can get the exercise I need without going over the top and wearing myself out. Great product to continue my workouts and improve my overall health.

Strong bands. Not likely to rip or tear. They do the job nicely.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance... Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :( I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
