Love this oven / toaster ! !! It’s beautiful and does the job of several other appliances! It preheats quickly. I like that it automatically suggests temp/time from your selection. And best of all, it quickly accomplishes what my big oven took forever to do! So far I have baked cinnamon buns and a pie and toasted an English Muffin. All things accomplished with so much less wait time and waste of energy than using my big oven. It is sizeable, but to fit what I wanted to cook, it needed to be. But, I gained counter space elsewhere because I eliminated the need for our toaster. It has a quality look and it came with a variety of racks that slide in and out easily. Someone had complained about not being able to turn it off, but all you do is hold the start button 3 seconds. I am in love with this item so far! Update: after owning for two months I still love my oven BUT it does have one FLAW so far, it has scorch marks on the outer edges of the door where the heat escapes. I think this could have been avoided if they had taken the rubber gasket all the way to the edge. The oven still works beautifully but the esthetic appeal is waning because of the scorch marks :(

Works perfectly. Takes a little time to figure out the controls. I love that there are not plastic components and love the all metal pieces. The blue pan/cookie sheet cleans very easily, even after many uses, almost like a non-stick type of surface. Heats up quickly and works as a oven, air fryer, convection oven, and more. Works good when you do not want to heat up a large full size oven. Have this on our kitchen counter and gets used weekly. Looks modern and cleans up easily. Came packaged well with no damage.

This appliance has left my microwave begging to be used because all of our favorite food just turns out better in this toaster oven! My kids are obsessed with chicken nuggets, burritos, and pizza. The geek out over the restaurant-worthy crunch they never had with just a microwave. Seriously...I may have to give away my microwave now. But here's the kicker – it's not just for the kiddos. I've discovered that it's a magician when it comes to fish, giving it flakiness that's just heavenly. And oh, the small batches of cookies! They come out golden, chewy, and absolutely irresistible. I have found myself using this way more than my large built in oven because it heats up so much faster! It is super easy it is to clean up. No more scrubbing and scraping – a quick wipe after you cook is all it needs. And let's talk about aesthetics – this oven is not just a kitchen appliance; it's a piece of art. It adds a touch of Italianesque sophistication and style to my kitchen that I absolutely adore. Way better than all the other toaster ovens that look like a stainelss steel box of sadness. From Air Fry to Toast, Bake, and even Slow Cook, it does it all I need it to do and more. Its a great functional size too, small enough to not rob you of all of your counter space but has family size capacity for larger dishes. I prefer to air fry in this over my air fryer because I don't have to shake the food if I put it in just right. This was a Prime Day splurg and I'm so glad I bought it! I haven't found any cons yet. I'm using the heck out of it so if I find any I'll be sure to update my review.

I went into severe analysis-paralysis when choosing an oven/air fryer to replace our aging Oster. I mean, I really research. There wasn't much on this oven though. All the other ovens had online reviews. Not so much this one except for corporate videos. But the features were what I was looking for WITH an air-fryer aboard. I don't want to have loud beeping and a wide footprint from my toaster over... ✔️ The controls are very intuitive. The scrolling menu feature is easy to see and has pre-sets. The digital display is very clear to read and I wanted to be able to add increments of time. I also wanted vents on the side ✔️ It's the fastest and most complete toaster I've ever used. Bread and bagels come out perfectly. We use the bake function all the time and it is very good at giving you a crust if that's what you want. A 9" pizza fits easily. Our main oven doesn't get used as much now. The light button helps when you want to see what's going on. The air fryer feature has worked perfectly for wings and fries. My wings come out crispy. The fan does make a noise while it's running at 47 decibels from a distance of 2'. That's for every function. It looks sharp too, which is important in an open floor plan kitchen. The picture I provided shows it under a 17" high cabinet.

Fantastic Machine. We love it. Food cooks quickly and evenly, glad we paid a little more than for other air fryers, but completely worth the extra expense. Highly recommend this product, it will do everything you need with reliability and easy settings. Love, Love Love it!

Unfortunately, the first one I got was steaming way too much and I had to return and re-order it. The second one I got it’s amazing works great and I love that. It has 10 and one I’ve tried air fryer, baking, and other functions in it. Love this oven. Also, the customer service was very helpful as well. He will recommend this. !

Works well, looks great and best of all, easy to clean. I think I will get rid of the big oven👍

Apparently this model has "unknown issues" that they're trying to figure out. It worked great for the first 2 months but now it's dead, maybe the power supply or some circuit board overheated but either way I'm having issues with simply replacing it as "we don't ship to Canada" despite allowing me to register with their 2 year warranty. Amazon won't take it back as it's past their return window. I'm hoping support will get back to us, as we're stuck with a defective product and down a few hundred dollars. Edit, we got our money back to buy a new one but it's no longer on sale so I'd need to spend over $120 extra to get the same model... I guess I'll just go with a different brand.
