Herbes De Provence - | 4oz | fresh herbs and spice seasoning

I used to buy for a lot more money. This aroma gets you right away. These are organic and taste great. Closest to my right out of the garden herbs. The size of the package is perfect and the cost is where it should be. Easy to open and to reseal. Better taste than the mix I used to make or I used to buy elsewhere. Totally top line quality and value. Most used herb blend in this house. Great for roasts, chicken and stews.

This herbal blend is excellent and fragrant. The herbs are ground fairly uniformly, not powdery but not so coarse they get stuck in your teeth. I turn the bag upside down and shake before opening to uniformly distribute the finer ground herbs throughout. My main use is for air fryer chicken breasts. Just brush heavily with extra virgin olive oil then coat with Herbes de Provence and roast in air fryer at 400⁰ for 14-24 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast. No salt used, and my family doesn't ask for it. Great product. I always keep backup supply.

Excellent. I just used some in our beef stew and it's delicious! This will be a mainstay in my spices from now on.

Unlike Italian seasoning, Herbes De Provence isn't as popular or well known these days but it is just as outstanding in a proper dish. Technically, it should be fresh herbs and not dry ones but I don't use it often enough to warrant having herbs garden. That aside, this is a decent mix and a lot of it for the money. A little too many stems for my liking so just 4 stars but it's perfectly fine for soup/stew. Would give it 5 otherwise for the balance of herbs and the aroma.

I have been a great fan of Herbs de Provence since the mid-1980s, when I had the chance to live in Provence. At the weekly local market, herbs of many kinds were always available. I learned how their essence could enhance my cooking. Especially dear to me were those mixes of herbs found growing in Provence. Coming back home to America, I looked for them and found most of the little bottles of herbs found in Supermarkets were pale comparisons, usually a slim mix of only a few components of the variety to which I had become accustomed. The Spice Way blend takes me back to those remembered market days - fresh and diverse. Eight herbs, not the mundane five usually peddled as Herbs de Provence. Opening the packet, I was immediately transported back to the hills around my home there. (I diversion: my daughters, then 8 and 4, called one of the local hills "pizza hill" because when they would walk up it on the various wild herbs, it smelled like pizza to them.)

Excellent flavor and aroma! Very fresh. Will definitely order more from this company.

My third product purchased by this brand. Maybe a little pricey, but reliable in quality. Will continue to try their products and expect no disappointments.
