Have not stained, even with multiple tomato sauce challenges 3. Cover is handy for m-wave, don't know about leakage if it's capsized, don't care 4. Deep compartments make it easier to scoop up food without pushing out of the plate 5. Deep compartments make it possible to serve runny foods safely. 6. Bottom grooves make it easier for him to hold when necessary These are the best I have found so far -- kids, older adults, clumsy adults, should have no problems with these.

I highly recommend you buy these plates. Note, these are for using at home - not putting food in to travel it to take to the office etc. if you want to have section plates for leftovers, portioning your food, microwave warming food with a lid, store food in the fridge as leftovers then these are excellent. If you are looking for trays to take food to the office then buy these and ignore the people complaining that this item doesn't meet their needs for that purpose. Why? Because that's not the purpose of these plates. More than perfect for eating at home, store food as leftover or warming in microwave. Now asked for the lids not fitting - these lids snap on. First I thought they did not snap but they do, Press around the edges and they snap on. Lastly again if you are looking for a product to take food to the office don't buy this. For home use you can't find a better product. I highly recommend you purchase priduct. No one paid me anything to write this.

I bought these in order to prepare meals for my elderly mom. They have 3 sections that are perfect for meals that have accompanying foods like potatoes, vegetables, rice, etc. One issue I had, though, was the lids didn't seal tightly and would allow for excess frost on the foods when frozen. The other issue was the product is relatively fragile when removed from the freezer. One slipped from my hand and, when it landed on the counter, the edge and part of a portion section broke. I think these are more suited for leftover storage in the refrigerator than long (one to two months) in the freezer. They do microwave well, though, given the vent provided in the lids but should be handled carefully as they do get hot.

I have bought many of these as gifts and I have been told these are well made and are very entertaining as toys.

I like this storage trays very much. They work very well in the microwave, are the perfect size: nice and deep and hold a lot of food. They close very well but I wished they snapped shut. I have flipped them over with food in them and they did not open though. The colors are very nice and fast shipping too. One thing about the labels, I pre-read someone else's comment about putting them in the freezer overnight first and this worked very well. The labels cleanly came off with no problem.

I've bought these a few times now, I've tried a few others from Amazon and I think these are the best option. I cook three days a week save the left overs in these, toss in the microwave and voila home made dinner 6 nights. Ok so portion size these really aren't bad at all, there's three dividers with half the plate as one and the other half divided in to quarters, can pretty easily fit a main and two sides no problem. These are dishwasher safe, ish, and microwave safe, ish, they degrade over time and I have to regularly replace them, they're cheap enough and useful enough during their life cycle that I don't mind replacing them, but they're really only ok. So while I stand by my comment that I think these are the best option, at least for me, available on Amazon, they're just ok.

Everyone in my family has these trays around to share leftovers from family gatherings like the holidays. We load them up with our goodies and enjoy them at home. A quick wash and they're ready to use for work lunches etc.. Reasonable prices for a product that gives good service.

These are even better than I expected. I mainly use them to share my meals with my next door neighbor since it is difficult to cook a good meal for just one. I divide the meal into 4 of these containers and then we each get 2 meals from them. So far, I haven't had any issues with leakage and the lids snap on easily. Perfect for storing in the fridge and reheating in the microwave. I plan to order a second set soon.
